For the Individual

Our vision for the individual is based on the expression of the Apostle Paul's burden in Colossians 1:28, "that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus."

This is to be accomplished in a number of steps. The individual must be brought into Christ by means of the 'new birth'. Following this, it is his responsibility to grow unto a state of maturity by means of a walk of obedience with the Lord. The church and its leadership must provide the milk and meat of the word, love and care, as well as personal discipling, which is to include instruction, training and discipline. Attention must be given to the individual's giftings, calling to ministry and placement in a corporate body of believers.
