Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We are sad to have to report that our in person Fall Conference for October 28-30 has been canceled. We found that the mask and social distancing regulations at the Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center would have defeated our purpose for fellowship which is one of the main reasons we gather.
Instead, we have planned a gathering via Zoom. It will take place Wednesday, October 28, Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30 at 7:30 -9:30 p.m. each night. We will have one assigned speaker per night and we will find a way to to have greetings, short words and fellowship during each evening.
This will be an English only Conference as already this summer we have had translated conferences with our brethren in Colombia and in India.
We will send you the Zoom link closer to October 28th to your email address. All you need to do is download the Zoom program to your computer, laptop, phone or tablet. It is free and available at Zoom.us. Once you have Zoom, to join our meetings all you have to do is click on the link in your email. You will enter a “waiting room” and the host will let you into the conference.
We have plenty of room for your English speaking church members, and their friends as well. During this time of pandemic we all have had to make adjustments. Our hope is that you will make the adjustment with us and set aside these 3 evenings to hear a vital word from God’s throne.
